I did a downgrade to cancel the premium membership, but now changed mind, but wont let me change?

A couple months ago I did a downgrade to my account, but was advised would 'complete' in october when membership expires. So today went in and updated my billing info to go ahead and keep it as premium account as is, but it wont allow me to make any changes. ANyone have any ideas? Thanks

You may have confused the system.  Yoiur Premium membership is indeed prepaid, so it remains in effect until the end of the period that you paid for.  You should still be receiving your L$300/week stipend and have access to the premium sandboxes, Live Chat, etc.   In order to unconfuse the system, you probably ought to make a free phone call to the LL billing office and talk to a real person.  If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:
