Hi luna,

Linden Lab doesn't get involved in resident-to-resident disputes, which yours would be. If the kraftie creator has a group, you might get help resolving the issue there. If you did not purchase the thing directly from the creator, it's possible someone is selling illegal copies. That would explain the situation.

it sound to me they are calling you a pirates, same one that copys other people items and sell them on.

its  bracking tos, and defaming you to imply this.

all of which you can Ar and contact customer services, here you can start a case to support you AR.

there by getting your money back.

top of the page

click on the knowledge base tab.

type into that Abuse or customer services.

Lol no. This is misleading and entirely false.
It can't possibly be defamation because there's no accusations (you're assuming the accusation exists, which is not the same).

There are no 'customer services' in Second Life and it's not possible for this user to get their money back, especially from Linden Lab.
