Hi, I have my payment info updated and I'm 28 years old, but can't enter Skill games.

I'm Located in Lima - Peru South America where Skill games and gambling is permited. 

What should I do where can I complaing so LL lets me enter Skill gamas regions.

If you believe you meet all requirements for access, but are still unable to enter a Skill Gaming Region, please try resubmitting your current billing information and re-logging into Second Life as a first step toward troubleshooting.  If you still have difficulty, submit a support case or, if you are a Premium member, contact Live Chat.

Have you actually used any payment info yet to buy anything from Linden Lab, such as buying some L$? There has been a glitch for years that entering, but not using, the payment info doesn't get detected in-world. Using it once will fix that.

Besides the other great answers, I've noticed a lot of complaints here about the same issue from Peruvian residents.  You might want to file a Support Case, and/or vote on the JIRA issue to fix this bug.
