just bought new computer where do i go to download Second life. i have tried downloading Firestorm update but forgot i dont have Second life downloaded on new pc... Please help

Firestorm is a third party viewer, an alternative* way to login to Second Life. You don't need Second Life in addition to Firestorm

However, to answer your question:-

You could try the large button at the bottom of this page that says: Download Second Life.

Or go to http://get.secondlife.com

 

* Considering the number of users, maybe the SL Viewer is the alternative.

if you would like to use firestorm, just google it

and download the lastest viewer.

once downloaded, install it as you normally install software.

open the viewer

if you have a account, type into it your avartar name and your pass word.

and you just log in.

however, if you not got a account, just google second life, and pick the avatar option.

there you can make your account, and choose a starter avatar. pick a name for him or her, and use that in the first box in the firestorm viewer, the last box type the password you pick.

then just log into the game, good luck

Both previous answers are accurate, so get your viewers and install.

I want to point out the order in which you install has an affect on how things work. Install your preferred viewer LAST.

If you didn't, just install it again over the top of the previous install. A clean install is not needed. 

This will set your computer up to send SLURL's to the viewer last installed.
