How long does it take to for a csr to look at your ticket?

There are reports here in to blogs of tickets taking weeks.  You might post the problem here to get help.  There are obviously things that only Linden can deal with, but doesn't hurt to try putting the question out for us residents to help if we can.

Tickets can take a week or two, Support is pretty backlogged at the moment.

As this is a payment related matter however you are in luck; this is one of the very few things you can contact LL about directly with just a phone call.
