Can anyone tell me how to make my avatar a good pose?

My friend, wants a pic of my avatar will a pose but I don't have poses. Will you help me please?

There are hundreds (maybe thousands?) of shops in SL that sell poses and animations.  Go shopping.  Try them all out.  If you want to go the cheap route, visit places like Yadni's junkyard and grab freebie boxes of really old anims.  If you want to go the fun route, wander around SL and sit on loads of things until you find one that has a pose you like.  Then take your photo there.  (Hint -- furniture stores are good places to look.)

Besides Rolig's advice, search "Photo Studios."  There are many places that provide a backdrop, a pose stand, and lighting for free.  You can go there and use the facilities to take your pictures.
