I cannot login, keeps telling me to check the grid?

Despite our best efforts, something has gone wrong.. It then says to check the grid?

So you checked it and you found that there's no grid-wide issue, right?  So, it's either a local region problem or your Internet connection is acting up.  Try logging in to a different region, like Smith, Pooley, or Somagalag, all of which are bare, under water sims.  If that works, you'll know that it's probably your region that has the problem.  You can either wait or submit a suppport ticket and ask that the sim be restarted.
