I cannot connect to the region...

 I cannot teleport to a region - teleport stops on the loading world and logs me out, if I try to log in on that land directly - loading stuborns on the same point. What could I do? I tried to reinstal the viewer, I tried to log on another computer - nothing helps. On another account everything works correctly. I'm not banned from there for sure.

The communicate after logout says: "Disconnection with the region has occurred".

you need to clean install your viewer.

top of the page, see the knowledge Base Tab.

click that to open it and type into the search box clean instal.

you may also try a cable from your computer to the hub, it maybe your wireless that is letting you down.

some times a restart of the hub can sort that out.
