Robert Galland 5 Posted August 16, 2014 Transaction history goes back 30 days only. Before moving to vendors, I tried to make a habit of downloading info at least twice a month.

Robert Galland 5 Posted August 16, 2014 Thanks Pamela. That's a generous development on the part of the Lab.

Jacob Cagney 8 Posted August 20, 2014 geez.. 4 million or more accounts all with information that goes back years? yeah, that would hog up a lot of space. keep your receipts people. common sense
CaroLamb 0 Posted September 8, 2014 It's a great regret for me. I used it when I was selling, and it helped me so much. It wasn't what I bought but sold. I know of course I can back up every 31 days HOWEVER I didn't know about this until now. I can't go back. Sigh. I've always wondered why the Lab can't send out notices directly to us with changes that may impact our businesses.
