second life wont let me log on for 7 hours but on my wifes account she logs in no problem help!

Sometimes, it takes up to ten or fifteen minutes before SL can be sure it's logged you off completely and will allow you to log back on again.  Seven hours, though, seems rather long for that.  It's possible that you were given a short suspension for a minor infraction of the Terms of Service.

If so, LL would have sent you an email.  Check to see if there is one, and be sure to look in your email spam folder too.
