Why no "Advanced" nor "Develop" menus on my interface?

All documentation for migrating to viewer 2 mentions "Advanced" & "Develop" menus at the top of the interface between the "Build" & "Help" menus. These don't appear in my interface. Anybody know why?

Also, what is the keyboard shortcut in viewer 2 that will turn off interface clutter?

Hihi!

They're hidden. CTRL-ALT-D will give you the Advanced Menu. In the Advanced Menu at the bottom you'll find the option to get the Develop Menu. Or you can use CTRL-ALT-Q for it.

For enable Advanced Menu press Ctrl + Alt + D

For enable Develop Menu press Ctrl + Alt + Q

Are you asking for hide the UI (Ctrl + Alt + F1)?
