Hello there!

I'm new on Second life, and I tried to make fat girl avatar.
I created avatar with default body shapes and textures but I not satisfied.

I see rounder and better shapes on internet, so can you tell me where to get fat girl shapes and more clothes pack?
I found second life market, but every item have price. And items with zero price I cannot buy too.
Is there some place to try for free?

Any another sugesstion?
Thanks

It reads as if you don't want to spend any L$, which cuts off a few of your options.

For clothing (and other freebies) I recommend the usual: FabFree, Lucky Chairs, group freebies and promos. There is some excellent stuff to find out there.

I've no idea why you can't buy free items from the Marketplace. Are you properly logged in? What kind of error message do you get? Until you solve that problem, you could try checking if the vendor has an in-world shop where you could buy the freebies.

As far as shapes go, I don't have any 'fat girl' shapes to recommend. Also, it's not clear how fat you want to go. The shape editor is not a very friendly thing to work with, but keep practicing and you will get better. This guide might help you improve, and the author also sells these shapes on the Marketplace*. There's no specific fat shape in there, but the proportions might be something you could work with.

*As you say you can't buy from the MP, I'll send you the pack when I next log in.

When you buy something for 0L's on the Marketplace, you will get a screen full of adds, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Place Your Order button.

What you are looking for is a shape and skin.  Skins work together with shapes to produce the ones you've seen on the internet and probably in world that you like.  Using a regular skin with a large shape isn't going to produce the look you are going for as the shadows and highlights will not be in the right places. There are specialized shops that cater to big women that offer skins shapes and sometimes other things such as clothing.  I went to a few with a friend who was looking for a large avatar once and didn't see anything for free.  The really good skins and shapes are not going to be free anyway. That doesn't mean you won't find some for free though.

A quick search of Marketplace didn't turn any up other than a few demo's, but I wasn't going to go through pages and pages to look closely.  You can do that.  You can also use search inworld for the shops that specialize in this.  You may find that one of them gives them as a gift to new people or group members.

Maybe like in real life you will find yourself a bit limited when searching for clothing for a more fuller figured avatar, especially if it is the more modern mesh type (ie the stuff that doesn't look painted on to the avatar).

Look on Second Life Marketplace for BBW, chubby, other key words associated with being more rotund, which will widen your search a little.

And just keep looking around.  Second Life usually has something for everyone, and I am sure there are specialist stores for bigger gals.

You can try Rotten Toe, they have a plus sized avatar shape and skin, but it is $350L. But you said "try for free", so they might have an inworld demo, I do not recall from my visit to their store. There is a MP demo.

I would add "Plus" to the search criteria.

Its extremly difficult to find everything you need when you are looking for everything free. Sure there are helpful freebie blogs. but it still puts a huge limit on the items you will get. I know a lot of people who cant buy L$/ Your best best is to enter contests and save up your winnings then go purchase a mesh body like the one at slink. I have test this one to the limit with the sliders and was able to make a a larger shape without it looking all distorted like the default SL body. Atleast go grab a demo of it and you will know what you should save up for. If you need any help with anything you can contact me in world.

I do not recommend the Slink body for a plus sized avatar. It is simply too thin with narrow hips.  But demos are free, try it and see how it works for you! http://slinkstyle.com/2014/06/25/slink-physique-is-released/

You can also try the Lena Lush body. Some call it fat, I say it's gorgeous. But when you say fat, I get a feeling that you want bigger than this? https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/KL-Lena-Lush-Body-Demo/5992806

The Vika is good, but it is hard to find clothes suppliers. Unless you make clothes yourself. The Slink and Lena Lush has a better supply. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Mesh-Body-hands-feet-full-perm-clothes/6107816 I wasn't able to find a demo at the MP, but they have a demo in the store.

It was a mesh body that would fit your criteria well. the Wowmeh oversize. Sadly, there is legal desputes and it is pulled from the marked and will not come back. As of now, it is hard to find full bodies for big sizes. Many use a combination of mesh booty like the Brazilian and fitted mesh breasts. Be aware that many shapes and avatars are shown with mesh body parts that you can not buy anymore, like Phatazz and Wowmeh. They still sell clothes and accessories for them because they were so popular.

So in short... demo and read descriptions.

A free mesh body is The Shops Meshproject body. This is the hardest one to find clothes for, it is in the beta stage. But it works really well for big shapes. Link to a review here. http://chicatphilsplace.blogspot.no/2014/06/the-mesh-project-full-body-mesh-2.html

Don't forget the physics!

My SL partner (dancing with me) and I were at an Aries vs Aries impasse.  Both locked horns and dug in.  So I said.. "fine, then I'll go fat for 6 months!".  Longest 6 months of my SL but also the cheapest, I didn't shop much.
