what viewer can i use for computers with old graphic cards?

You can try Singularity or Catznip, both of which have a simpler code and may be kinder to your card. Because all viewers have to be compatible with current upgrades to the SL V3 viewer, however, any viewer is likely to have a harder time with old cards than with modern ones.

Make sure your graphic card meets at least the minimum requirements for SL. And be aware that you might have to turn down the graphic quality a lot in order to have some sort of smooth experiance. Some third party viewer like singularity might help, but they can't do miracles.
