Why wont my card load $L? Can't login info or upload $L. I need materials for building. PLS Help.

My name is markeysha resident I am a builder on Second Life. For about two weeks I can not upload $L. I tried removing the card info and putting it back on marketplace, but to my conclusion it refuses to receive any of my info. What should I do?

 

If possible could Linden Lab rest my marketplace?

The most likely reason is that you are trying to use a card that's not accepted as a payment method by Linden Lab.  They won't take prepaid or debit cards, only major credit cards.

If you think your card ought to work, call Billing at one of the numbers below.  If you do not have a card that LL will accept, you can probably still use it to buy $L from one of the Authorized Third Party $L Resellers.
