i keep seeing the  phrase "creating bridge this may take a few moments" every time a log in 

right now im an orange cloud please help im loosing my mind over this

Your bridge is an important part of the Firestorm viewer.  Read this page to see all that it does >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bridge

Most of those are features that the "standard" V3 viewer does not offer, so you'd have to buy several scripted attachments to get the same effects if you didn't use Firestorm.

The bridge is not causing your orange cloud, but the fact that you are getting that message at all IS related to the cloud.  You have a crummy Internet connection, so your avatar and many of its functions (like the bridge) are not coming up to speed fast enough.  It's called bake fail.  Here are the solutions that almost always cure it >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail

If you keep having bake fail issues, you'll have to do something about that Internet connection.  It's not a matter of bandwidth.  It's a reliability problem.  You are possibly losing data along the way or your signal is being slowed down every once in a while.  Try rebooting your modem and router by unplugging them both from the power for a few minutes.  Then plug them back in and restart your computer.  That often clears up the problem.  If not, start reading http://blog.nalates.net/2011/10/26/troubleshoot-your-sl-connection/

I see that you just started yesterday. The Firestorm bridge can only be created on land that allows scripts to be run and its very possible that the starter areas for new accounts don't allow scripts to be run. This means that the bridge can't be created. However, since this means that you're technically wearing something that can't be found (because it doesn't fully exist yet) you'll never rezz. I take it from your use of Firestorm that you've been on SL before - go to another region that allows scripts and the bridge should form. You can also go into preferences and turn the use of the bridge off - personally I think its more trouble than its worth.
