my sl voice is not working anymore

ello! I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue? I normally use Firestorm, and Second life  viewer yes I have checked their site did all they said....still not working. They said if you do all they say to do and its still not working then its to do with SL Servers.
Up until last few weeks my voice worked fine. Same happen when i use my office computer and home computer and my laptop i change the computers but still no voice . . I dont have problems with voice when I use skype or any other IM programs.
I install my window in my computer then its still not working pls check my i.p is not blaock to voice ?
please fix this or atleast figure out why this happens?

hi

check your firewall is not blocking voice.

if its ok.

try a different sim, as voice could be off at the one you are at, the help Islands had voice trun off.

 

press control + P  to open preferances, and check that voice is actived.

oh one more thing.

you may have been cleaning, at the back of the machine,

check the mic still plug-in.

there a green hole blue and pink.

your mic is normally the pink one, on my machine, its the blue one, but speakers are green.
