Loading Standard Viewer

hi,

ive had beta 2 for weeks and for the last 10 hours have been unable to log on. support ticket response told me to uninstall the beta and load standard. i have uninstalled the beta, but cant find where to load the standard viewer. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, bee

thanks, i really appreciate it. i downloaded standard tho and maybe because im so use to beta 2 (i started with beta 2 from day 1) that i hated standard lol. couldnt even figure out how to change my clothes. so i did the obv, which i should have thought of in the first place. i reinstalled beta 2 and its working fine now. now why support couldnt figure that one out amazes me lol. thanks again though i really appreciate your help.

lol, i agree. i ended up uninstalling and then reinstalling beta 2 and its working great again. now how come support couldnt figure out something so obvious? lol

BTW: Most other residents have the same issue with Viewer 2.0 because it was an aweful strict user interface.
