For the faun skin, my first thought was Pink Fuel. When I checked, the markings aren't quite the same and it turns out there are a lot of faun skins, face tattoos and make-up packs out there on MP and the grid. The SLURL for Pink Fuel is here if you want to check out their version.

For the shape, my first thought was "Kill it! Kill it with FIRE!!! BURN IT NOW!!!" *ahem* But that's just my reaction. I see that kind of shape all over SL and it never fails to freak me out.

Those both look like Essences skins to me. I cannot find a link for the MP, only the ripped versions which I will not post here.

I think the mouth is Loud Mouth.mesh lips The images look a bit photoshopped to me, so the skin may not look like that at all. At least there is an colored overlay or effect over the images.

Well that particular skin looks like it's from Essences, so I'd start there.

Why isn't this the first thought when someone wonders "Gee, i wonder who made this_____?" Why is it always "Let's ask in the forum."

I can't tell you the number of times i have had someone ask what skin or hair one of my models used.. and i usually have the answer.
