I just bought some boots and I didnt get them, what should I do?

I just bought an item that was L $320.00 and I rez and open it up and there was nothing there, what should I do?

Send the merchant a polite note, explaining that you got an empty box and asking for redelivery.  Include all the details of your purchase from yout Transaction History.  At least at the start, assume that the merchant made an honest mistake or is just too dumb to know how to put things in a box, even if you think he cheated you.  If he doesn't respond in a few days, THEN you can flag the item in his Marketplace store as a "Product not as advertized", and submit an AR too.  There's not much else you can do.  Fortunately, L$320 is only about $1.50, so you haven't lost much this time.

If this IS a scam, it's an example of "The Empty Box Scam."

Usually, though, this scam is run with items that cost a lot more.
