I have been charged for my group,Why?

I logged in today and checked my account as per,and noticed I had been charged L$2 for group

fee on my own group,This is a first.

I logged in an alt and they also paid L$2 so I guess my small group was also hit with this fee,

I can't remember changing any settings although several months ago I did change the land to group owned.

I would appreciate any help as I will end up with an empty group.I have quickly refunded all members and

gave a little sweetener,but I really must sort this out.
