Try again and you continue to get this error please try the following in order:

1) Delete your Internet Browser's cache and try again.

2) If using IE [internet Explorer] perform a Browser Reset found on the Tools / Internet Options / Advanced page - Just perform the basic reset, no need to delete everything. Try again.

3) If you are still having an issue then try using an alternate Internet Browser - I like Google's Chrome.
