Help.... unable to TP

I have two issues:

First... when i log in most times i am unable to walk, i just stand there,,,,,,,

second.... i am unable to TP anywhere today, i try then i get logged off the system,

Sounds like you have a very bad network connection.  I'm currently on a business trip and at a hotel with "high speed wireless"   Yeah right    I can't move once I rezz and can't TP either.  Sounds alot like your issue.  You should do a speed check on your network connection and see what it says.  Just google speed test and there are a few sites you can use.
