My entire transaction history is missing  and I need to verify a large payment I thought was made Monday night.

When your transaction history page opens, the period shown defaults to just today.  Set the date range to cover whatever period you need, up to 30 days, and click the View button.

If you are using the HippoRent system, and have set up your rental boxes and servers to link to the HippoTech web site, your web page there contains payment logs that go back to the first rent box you ever rezzed.  I don't know what capabilities other rent box sellers offer.

If you are still having problems, try using a different web browser.
