Closed Network television channel - how to make one

Since they have 4 other channels in SL that have  ahm well, I ghues theyt call em shows to watch in SL how can one make another SL channel with a totally differnt content. That being fighting matches using MMA that are held in SL.

Does it take a SL tele studio and hwo much will it cost and stuff liek that..

Or point me in teh direction of the info please.
