Accidently rezzed a script I think, and cant find it.

you can't see it because it is a tiny tortured prim.  but you can use the About Land dialog to return it to him, or he can open an edit dialog and draw a rectangle around the general area where it is and it will select, then he can use the edit window to change the size and shape of it and remove the transparency from it so he can right click and 'take' it.

As for whether it's harmful - sounds like it's the thing that the Emerald viewer attaches to each avatar the first time that avatar ever logs in. I'm not completely sure what it does, but I think it has to do with detecting whether people are online. So no, it's not harmful. And Eternus has good suggestions on how to find it and return it.
