hiding groups dosnt seem to be working.

Hi. Was hoping sombody has some pearls of wisdom to share. Ive been trying to conceal groups on my profile. I untick the "show group in profile" and "recieve group notices"  boxes and apply but when i got and loo,. There still there. Ive tried debug the group cache but that dosnt do anything.

Has anybody else had this problem and cured it?

They will always show for you.  You need to have someone else (like an alt or good friend) look at them to see if they are properly hidden from view

Hi Morrigan.

In your profile I can only see a group: "Verified RL girl" .

 

It is not necessary "Im new in Second Life". All residents can see the day you were born in SL.

I had asked sombody to look and they said they could see them. Seems they were wrong lol. Thanks for your help.

 

And with reguards to the "im new in SL"  Its one way of not getting asked if im an Alt lol
