First off, you do not have a virus. LSL simply does not have the capablitity. Second, did you think to just go to a different region? Mute anything named Big Golden Boob? Seriously..this isn't rocket science. If your internet is wigging out, it probably has something to do with all the porn you have running on utorrent or the fact you use such an incompentant product as Norton. You probably use IE too. Or worse. AOL.

spamming me dialogues with object named "Big Gold Boob".  Them are coming like 50 in second and they are spamming me also when Im not in SL.

How that object spam you OUT of SL? Where and how do you see that spam when you are logged out of SL?

I have seen experienced an attack like this on a parcel near a shopping district I co-own.

Don't accept anything.

Don't click any blue drop down buttons.

Teleport to another area.

Log out.

Log back in to the location you logged out of.

Problem solved.

As for the other problems you're having, they are most certainly unrelated to SL.  You cannot get a virus from anything in Second Life.

Also, are you connected directly to your cablemodem?  If so, consider putting a router between you and the modem.  And as Daria so politely put it, get much better PC protection than Norton.

Hi Pylly,

The object name is almost always in the converstion string like a standard chat dialog.  It follows the timestamp and ends at the colon

MystiTool HUD 1.3.1: MystiTool Controller: /1 help

So it this case  MysiTool HUD 1.3.1   is the object name.  Just open the Mute List and input it Exactly as it appears.  I know its a tad overwhelming when the messages are coming that quickly, but along with the other suggestions here, getting the objected muted will let you deal with the situation.
