Question

On 5/1/2014, I had bought 10 dollars of Lindens (plus tax). That would be 2500 Ls. Right? Credit card was accepted. Bill was paid. The problem is, I never received the 2500 Ls. Please complete transaction to me. Thank you very much.

Dixie,

Did you in fact use the LindeX to make your purchase? Link below:

If you did, did you place a Market Buy? These are immediate and rarely fail to complete.

The reason I ask is that sometimes people will make a Limit Buy which can take a while to fulfil if the requested rate of exchange is not offered by anyone. In the case of a Limit Buy your CC or PP is billed and the USD balance of your account is increased and held in escrow until that Limit Buy's terms are met. You may cancel the Limit Buy if this is the issue. Canceling returns the USDs in escrow to your USD balance and you can then use them to make a Market Buy immediately.

If you did not use the LindeX to purchase the Lindens then you need to take this issue up with the 3rd party Linden Exchange you used.
