I think Perrie referred to this Linden Lab owned page:

Yep, you're right. Once again Dillon looks only at the content and ignores the provenance. If you scroll down you can see it's from Tyche Shepherd, not LL proper. It is, I'm pretty sure, the actual data from the LL owned incident report.

Tyche Shepherd is proving that once something's on the internet, it's on forever. :-)
