Is there a way to change your last name to that of the one you marrie in SL?

no unless you both create a new account with the same last name or if the last name is still available one of you creating a new account to match that name, bearing in mind you will not be able to give your new account non trans inventory

It's been done before.  I am not sure under what circumstances it was requested and granted.  But there was a name merger a few years back.  I forgot the name.
