Inventory empty in Emerald Viewer

Hi All

Hopefully someone can help me. Currently using the Emerald viewer. Past few logins I find that my invent is empty apart from a few items. I have cleared cache several times, even uninstalled/installed to no avail. I go into the normal viewer and all my objects are in my inventory. So i would appreciate any ideas if anyone has experienced same problem as I am at a total loss.....

I have the same problem but in a diffrent sort of way. Whenever I open up my Inventory window and someone on my friends list logs in or out everything in my inventory windows poofs and I have to click on reset filters to get it all to come back...it is driving me insane and this problem only started with the release of the newest Emerald viewer......I was wondering if anyone else was having this same problem?

It's a simple fix. In Emerald, edit > preferences > network tab. On there is the location of the cache emerald uses, start a fresh one elsewhere on your computer.

Adding an edit. When i replied, there wasn't the other reply with the link on. Just do what it says on there.

my invent got wiped out and i lost everything dont know why but i put a question up on here earlier and found everything i lost is now back but in my object folder
