Can't eject resident (crashed?)

There is a resident stuck on my land; she's been standing in the same spot for at least a day.  She's completely phantom, and Eject doesn't work on her.  I don't want to file an Abuse Report, since this is almost certainly just a user that crashed and I don't want it to reflect poorly on her account.  What can I do / who should I contact to get this 'ghost avatar' cleared from my land?

If it's mainland, you need to file a support ticket and ask for a region restart due to a ghosted avatar.

If it's private estate land. Just speak to the sim owner. They'll do the restart and the avatar will be kicked.
