Why do I keep getting a notice saying that the region i entered is running on a different simulator version?

In the message it also says to click the message for more details and every time i try nothing happens.

LL was rolling out a new version of the region simulator system. Once they finish rolling it out to all the regions then you shouldn't see that message anymore.
