You can't really "fix" this. The exact transition point between two textures is determined by the client, and may vary even between launches of the client.

 

The only thing you can do is try adjusting the terrain texture transition points up or down a bit, in hopes of moving the calculated transition point slightly.

 

For example, if you have sand lowest, and then grass, and then two other textures, and your formerly sandy beach is now grass/sand mix, try moving the low limit in that corner of the sim up a meter or so. It may make it better, though for people using other clients that may make the sand seem to go too far up the slope above the beach.
