Including Second Life contact elements in web pages

Hello all;

 

I don't suppose there's an easy way to include contact elements in web pages that will automatically pull up an IM window? I know the functionality exists, as it's used in the marketplace and in those web-based SL profiles--is there a relatively easy way to transport that to another page? I know some basic HTML and CSS, but little beyond that. I'd like to be able to direct visitors to the site I'm working on directly to a person's IM window, if possible.

Perhaps you refer to this. As you can see, there's an /app/agent/<agent_id>/im function.
