We're residents here, just like you. The outing of alts is a violation of the Second Life Terms of Service. I recommend you come back to your post and delete the names you've mentioned. Edit it via "Options" over there on the right.
I'm not aware of any mechanism by which a resident can break group chat.
If harassment is a problem for the group, make it invitation only, or charge a joining fee and refund it after some probationary period.
