Hi littlebit31okla,

We're residents here, just like you. The outing of alts is a violation of the Second Life Terms of Service. I recommend you come back to your post and delete the names you've mentioned. Edit it via "Options" over there on the right.

I'm not aware of any mechanism by which a resident can break group chat.

If harassment is a problem for the group, make it invitation only, or charge a joining fee and refund it after some probationary period.

In addition to Maddy's great advice, edit your post to remove the names of people you are complaining about.  Naming names is a violation of Forum policies, and could get you in trouble.

(I know, I know, they are terrible people and everyone should know who to beware of.  But it's far too easy to subject someone to the (usually unfair and uninformed) court of public opinion, the innocent as well as the guilty.  So take the names down please.)
