Is there a alternative payout method other then PayPal? I can't use PayPal.

I would like to setup a merchant store. I used PayPal before but I can't use it anymore.  Is there a alternative payout method other then PayPal? I can't use PayPal.

The only alternative is a bank wire transfer, and the fees on that are so high that it's not feasible for amounts less than $10,000 USD.

To add detail to Lindal's correct answer ......

You may choose to withdraw your US dollar balance via PayPal or bank wire. This is known as a process-credit request, because you are requesting to process credit from the Second Life system to your real-world account.

Note: Use a bank wire only under the following circumstances: PayPal will not permit payments to your country.                                     OR You are expecting payment of $10,000 or more.

If you "can't" use PayPal and a wire transfer is not practical I'm sure I've seen advertisements for in-world brokers who will accept your Lindens and convert them to some form of cash, check, or direct deposit.  Obviously this is going to cost you some percentage and fees and you run serious risks regarding their integrity and your security.

That is unfortunately a violation of the TOS (Sect. 4.7): "Any purchase of Linden Dollars from anywhere other than the LindeX or from an Authorized Reseller is not permitted and is considered a violation of these Terms of Service which may result in suspension or termination of your Account. " A user of these forums last year submitted a support case to ask about the legality of this sort of transaction and got a written response from Linden Lab confirming that "anywhere" includes other SL residents. If you deal with an in-world broker of this type, you run a risk of being suspended from SL.

The text of the response was: "Thank you for your request. Unfortunately that is a violation of TOS. You can only sell L$ to Linden Lab, you cannot sell them to other residents for actual USD. Thank you for asking prior to making the transaction.  Regards, Linden Lab Support"

Rolig's right. Since LL revised their policy to conform to new US regulations on virtual currencies, you are no longer permitted to use a third party to convert $L to real world currencies. There are a limited number of "authorized $L resellers" from whom you may BUY $L, but you can only "cash out" through the Lindex.
