Still not allowed to upload mesh

I've passed the mesh upload test, and have payment on file and confirmed. Why can't I still upload mesh on Marketplace?

You don't need to pass the mesh upload test to put mesh items on Marketplace.  The two actions aren't related.  If a mesh object is not in your inventory yet, you obviously can't send it to Marketplace.  That's when you need to have passed the mesh upload test to bring its Collada (.dae) file inworld and create it as an object.  If a mesh object is already in your inventory, though, you should be able to just drop it in your Merchant Outbox, the same way that you send any other objects to Marketplace.  You could do that MP upload with any mesh object, whether you brought it in world yourself or received it from someone else.
