deducted twice for one purchase, no reply from the support of that system?? what do I do?

Question

On the 27th, I was purchasing/gifting a Thirst Hud for another player, the first time I tried it, a msg came up that the transaction was cancelled, and the player did not receive the hud. but my account was deducted the L$599.  The message said next item I bought would be delivered to the player and my account would not be deducted. Well it was for a total of L$1198 :(

I have contacted Niore Luminos regarding this matter, she is the support monitor for the bloodlines Liquid Frontier and have recieved no reply.  What do I do in order to get my L$599 returned that I was charged?

Copy the details of your transactions from your Marketplace Order History or from the Transaction History on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account >>> Transaction History .  Include that information in a support ticket to LL, using the category Marketplace Issues.  Explain exactly what you are asking for.
