ADDITIONAL:  If you went to a website, and tried to change your password, and it then changed your email, you were NOT on the actual Second Life website, but on a "phishing" website designed to trick you out of your password.  In the future, be more cautious about clicking on links that you get via email, chat, IM, or group chat.
