Can I see all the accounts registered to a single email address (mine)?

No.  Each account is completely separate from other accounts, even if they are owned by the same person. 

If you have forgotten the names of your alts, you might be able to refresh your memory by opening your viewer's subfolder in the AppData folder on your computer.  If you haven't wiped out the information there with recent updates, each of your av's should have a folder full of saved IMs there.  When you're in world, you might also look in your inventory's Calling Card folder to see if you recognize an alt's name.

if you go to https://secondlife.com/my/account/request.php?lang=en at the bottom there is a "forgot your name?"form which you enter your email address, i am not sure if that does email all the names associated with that email address though, worth a try!
