I had the same problem too and went through my Program Files (x86) and found the Black Dragon folder. I just deleted the entire folder/contents, deleted the shortcut on my desktop and got rid of it that way. I don't trust other software companies to do it for me. Maybe it'll work for you.

@AddisonTaylor81 There are other places where you'll need to delete files to completely remove a viewer manually.  Look in the folder Users\(your_user_name)\AppData\Roaming\(name_of_viewer).  Delete the entire folder.  Do the same in the folder AppData\Local.  Also, if you have specified locations other than the default for chat logs and caches, you'll need to find those folders and delete them.
