Is there a way to block my avatar from paying certain individuals?

I had to make a refund to an individual who purchased something out of one fo my vendors but didn't receive the items. Now everytime I get lindens on my account it automatically takes the lindens and passes them to this other person. Is there any way to stop it?

Delete that vendor and set up a new one.  That should release any debit permission that you gave it and will get rid of any foreign script that some crook may have dropped into it.  You may need to change your password on any server that it may have been linked to, so that other vendors are not compromised.  You may also need to reboot your server software as well, or even rez a new server so that it has a fresh UUID.  I suggest contacting the creator of your vendor   system (Caspar?  Hippo? ..???) for specific advice.
