Host Job Description:

Position type: Permanent / Freelance
Salary:: Tip based - with 10% contribution to the club tier and investments in equipments
Available shift (in 2 hours block):
Mon: 6-8PM; 8-10PM
Fri - 6-8PM
Sat: 6-8PM; 8-10PM
Sun: 6-8PM; 8-10PM
Any other day: from 2PM - 10PM (flexible to choose in 2 hours block)

As a Host your duties will include:
1. Assist owner in planning events according to budget,
2. Organize and coordinate team members for events.
3, Send of pre-event notices and ads..
4. Meet & greet customers, advertise DJ's/dancers,
5. Come up with idea's to bring people into the club, promote the club and any donations.  We work on tips alone, 10 % is to help out with the tier and club.

Requirements:

1. Some experience in hosting and organizing of dance/strip tease/music sets and/or events.
2. Must find joy and fun in HOT strip teasing / pole dancing / role-playing adult activities.
3. Outgoing, cheerful and positive.
4. Excellent in emote effectively in local chat.
5. Able to roleplay.
6. Good attitude and able to lead a team of dancers.
7. 18 years or above in rl age and not child or teenage avatars.

Dancer Job Description

1. Perform erotic strip dance on poles and lap dance chairs/ table. Cuddle / flirt / get intimate with customers for tips.
2. Take initiative to interact and engage visitors with interesting / teasing emotes.
3. We work on tips alone, 10 % taken to help pay for tier etc.

Requirements:
