Is it OK for a merchant to harass a customer over a review?

Simple answer..... NO. Berating a customer is never good form.

More complex answer, you have learned of a Merchant that you will never visit again.

You need to be careful; with product reviews. Changing them at a later date is not possible at this time. I reviewed a few of my own product reviews and no edit option was presented although you should be able to change or delete your own reviews. I'll try with a different Internet Browser.

INFO: With the new bones implemented in the official viewer this problem will become legacy. Has been a major problem as mesh was non mod to fit all shapes. As for the vendor, who knows what is going on in there head.

Absolutely not.  I'd block them if I were you and never buy another thing from them.  You can also AR them for harrassing you.  LL may or may not do anything.  You can also add a comment to your review, I believe but be sure to stick with the facts and don't get emotional or it may be flagged.
