Can I rapport neonazis?

I came across an avatar called Waffen Bekkers with a neonazi uniform profile picture who is a member of groups like Waffen SS... Surely thats the kind of things we don't want to tolerate in SL.

the word you want is "report".  "Rapport" means "to be in agreement with".

You may report an avatar for intolerance.  Note, however, that some of these "Nazi" groups are merely roleplay groups for people who enjoy re-enacting the World War II era.  One side plays the Allies, the other side plays the Axis.  I have a very nice young gentleman who rents a condo from me who is usually dressed in a WWII naval aviator's uniform, and flies an F4U Corsair with a group who owns an aircraft carrier.

The whole point of fighting that war was for freedom and distasteful as you may think it to be, that is what freedom means. I do not know that person so i do not know what the context is.

Looking at that person's profile, it's obvious he's involved with WW2 role playing, as Lindal suggested. On that basis, it seems doubtful he's done anything that warrants reporting him.
