Looking for a possible business partner.

I'm looking for a business partner that has some land and has at least a basic knowledge of scripting.

I personally have a hard time figuring out scripting which is why I am in need of someones help.

I have a whole heckload of buildings, apartments, studios, carnival rides, theaters etc that I'd like to build a business out of.

That being said we can work it out.. I'm very flexible.. Usually, I ask for a % of sales..
