So, someone logs into an existing avatar, teleports- naked- into a crowded club, shouts "Free money!" and starts handing out Lindens in 10k chunks, to random people. Nobody's going to argue that this isn't suspicious behaviour, and likely hacking or worse (although, no guarantee- I've seen some strange things in my near-decade in SL, as have most of us, I'd imagine). Rodvik Linden was using an alt working inside the SL Police Dept (SLPD) vigilantes. This group has been corrupt from the start. It is well known they use alts to grief sims whose owners don't hire SLPD guards. They claim to be on patrol in Goguen sandbox but actually commit most of the griefing there.
