Here's a wiki page dealing with that issue... http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Inventory_loss Follow the instructions in the first of the Common Solutions, "Clearing Second Life's cache". Canoro Philipp Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 try changing the folder where your cache download. open the viewer and go to the menu Me > Preferences > then to the tab Advanced > button Browse > and choose another folder in your computer, for example "C:\secondlifecache", or other one that you would like. sometimes that helps to download again all your inventory. In this thread, she said she'd forgotten about the other thread and went off to try the suggestions there - again. There's something not right.
