How do i sell things on Marketplace though the merchant outbox in the inventory

Everytime i go to sell an item though the Merchant Outbox in my inventory I get a pop up box saying the Marketplace store is returning errors

 

1 - what does this mean? and

2 - when i add them into maketplace though the xstreet box instead i set everything up put them on sale and then go to check my store the following day they;ve vanished and when i check my listings all my items on sale is in red, how do i fix this?

You should not be using an XStreet magic box unless you are trying to sell one-of-a-kind objects like breedables.  Magic boxes have been decommissioned for all other uses for over a year now.  You should only be using your Merchant Outbox for direct delivery. 

Unfortunately, I can't tell you how to fix the problem with your Merchant Outbox because you didn't tell us what the error message says. All I can suggest is that you submit a support ticket under the general category Marketplace Issues
